Ultrafiltration membrane system:
The working principle of ultrafiltration membrane: under the action of water pressure, water molecules and small molecular substances smaller than the membrane pore size pass through the ultrafiltration membrane. And substances larger than the membrane pore size are retained on the membrane surface, thereby achieving the purpose of water purification. Pure physical separation.
The ultrafiltration membrane of the hollow fiber ultrafiltration device has a pore size of only 0.01 micrometer. And most of the microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses have diameters larger than 0.1 micrometer. Which is ten times larger than that of the ultrafiltration membrane. Therefore, the ultrafiltration membrane can effectively intercept the membrane. Bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, etc., to ensure excellent water quality. And the process of ultrafiltration is a dynamic equilibrium process. The membrane is not easy to block; the ultrafiltration process can be operated under normal temperature and low pressure.
Backwashing: After a period of filtration by the hollow fiber ultrafiltration unit, there will be more and more retentate on the ultrafiltration membrane. In order to maintain the stability of the ultrafiltration membrane module, it is necessary to periodically perform water backwashing to make ultrafiltration. The membrane water production is restored and the equipment is kept in stable operation.
Chemical cleaning: water backwashing does not completely remove the retentate on the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane. As the running time prolongs, when the retentate that cannot be removed by water backwashing deposits more and more on the membrane surface. It needs to pass the chemical cleaning system. Dosing cycle, soaking and cleaning can be removed.
Water tank for 10T/h hollow fiber ultrafiltration unit: used to store ultrafiltration water, provide ultrafiltration backwash water and regulate water supply. It is recommended to regularly disinfect the disinfectant in the production tank.
